Spicy Seafood Pasta
I’m in love with pasta, and so is my mother. She is in love with spicy and fiery types of foods, so i tried to put my own little spin on my very own seafood pasta.
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
Pasta of whatever you’d like ( I used regular dried pasta for this)
Tomato sauce
1/4lb Clams,shrimp,scallops,mussels
1 Basil leaf
Salt&Pepper
Olive Oil
Vegetable stock
Directions:
1. In a pot, cook the pasta for about 20 minutes or depending on what type of pasta you use. Add in salt and olive oil.
2. While that’s cooking, thoroughly clean all of the seafood, and peel the skin off the shrimp.
3. In a frying pan, throw in all of the seafood and cook with a bit of olive oil and salt&pepper.
4. Drain the pasta, put it in the frying pan with the seafood and mix a bit, so the pasta can absorb flavor.
5. Add in the pasta sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes. Add in basil.
6. Turn off the fire, and add in spicy chili sauce! I forgot the name of it, i’ll find out tomorrow, but it’s a vietnamese sauce.
