Baltazar
One of the most famous restaurants in Soho, New York. I must say, this place makes me yearn to go back for more and more! I ordered the roast lamb sandwich with grilled vegetables. Amazing, I tell you. Their freshly made bread which is unbelievably crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, and fresh veggies…their harissa mayonnaise is amazing, it’s got a spicy taste to it. You have to try it! It’s my recommendation. Thank me later!

Halal
This food is an absolutely delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner to anyone that’s hungry while walking the streets of New York. The famous halal carts are ONLY in New York, so for viewers out there that live some place else, come come! There is the famous halal cart on 53rd and 6th which has over 1,000 reviews on yelp.com, but i must say hands down, the one in flushing main in front of Macy’s is the best halal ever. It’s right in front of the subway stairs, so anyone going home after a long day of work, go pick yourself up some chicken and rice! I prefer the combo which is chicken, lamb, and rice…with extra white sauce and hot sauce! (easy on the hot sauce for people that can’t handle the heat!)I don’t normally post anything like this up on my blog, but this is a must…best food ever.

Leche Flan ( Milk Flan) with Caramal Sauce

Naan Margherita Pizza
I went to a target that opened near my house, and they now have a market section! So as I was doing my weekly grocery shopping, I found this flatbread/wrap kind of bread with the word garlic on it and i just had to get it…! I absolutely love anything with garlic in it, and the bread looked so delicious! This is a very simple recipe for a cold day such as today; Well, in New York it’s freezing!
Cook Time: 5Minutes
Ingredients:
Naan Bread
Tomato Sauce
Mozerella/Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Basil Leaves
Salt&Pepper
Red pepper flakes ( optional for a little spice!)
Directions:
1. Spread the tomato sauce on top of the bread, then layer it with mozerella.
2. After, add some salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and top it off with the basil leaves.
3. Put it in the oven heated at 450F for about 10 minutes, or microwave it for 3 minutes tops.
*NOTE: Only heat it until the cheese melts, because this bread is very “fragile”…if you cook it too long, the ends of the bread gets extremely hard and unchewable..!
Enjoy!
